For this residential project, we decided to use of the trending and elegant grey colour because it provides the perfect canvas for just about any style. By using wallpapers, laminate and textured paint, we gave a contemporary twist to the traditional idea. While keeping white as a base colour to give the house an airy vibe, we have also used colours from the warm colour palette to enhance the space’s comfy aura.
>Mr. Sachin Desai’s house is a residential project in Baner which had to be designed on the specific guidelines of the fusion of Indian and contemporary concepts. To emphasise the Indian ethos yet give it a contemporary feel, wood was predominantly used throughout the décor. The carvings, figurines, and the designs all matched up the client’s requirement of the apartment with an Indian feel.
Located on Sinhagad Road, Pune, the residence of Mr. Makarand Kalokhe was a 3BHK residential project that was handled by the Eppitome Groop Design Consultancy Team with finesse and creativity. The primary concept was to play with minimal designs and add pops of colour to it. We tried to keep this project a simple yet a contemporary one by keeping the material composition simple and using easily available materials like back-painted glass, solid surface, acrylic laminate, SS strips and PVC laminates etc.
